TomTom GO 720 and Problem with map

Hi, after registering on tomtom home on pc and I updated maps and software my tomtom won’t work ,have a message saying .
Problem with map . You cannot use this map on this device:Europe _TRUCK-134
Satnav worked ok before I updated
Hope someone can give me some advice

You can't split a Map install across the Built-in Memory and a Memory Card... A Map is installed on One or the Other Memory area
Even if you could you can pretty sure the Truck Map would not fit
Plus Both GO 720 devices in the list are Eol (End of life)

Maybe @VikramK or @lampard can reactivate the map for you. have a look to see if they comment tomorrow.

Welcome to the community! Map reactivated for your device. Just remove the existing map first and then download a fresh version offered for download in TomTom HOME.
