Updating SD card on Lexus

Hi folks,
I have a Lexus CT MoveOn Navi device and am trying to add a new map. I have connected the SD card to my PC and purchased the new map. But when I try to install the purchased map on the SD card TomTom Home keeps crashing.
It is not a firewall issue as I can install smaller updates but when it tries to install the big map it keeps on crashing with no error message displayed and is very annoying.
I'm using Windows 10.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Files for maps could you in a different format compared to small updates you refer to.
Both will be scanned differently through your installed antivirus or firewall
Have you tested on different computer?0
