My brand new tomtom go premium has the traffic expired what can i do

Thanks for the PM.
In fact, that was the same serial number I was looking at before as well.
At our end, the services look okay. Does the traffic not work when you are travelling on a planned route?
Perhaps a factory reset can be tried-
Main menu- Settings- System-Reset.

HI good morning.
Thank you for the attention but it didn't work.
My tomtom go premium still says the tomtom traffic expired at 08/04/2019, which makes no sense since i bought the tomtom yesterday and with lifetime service.
