I WANT A REFUND AS MAP DOESTN DOWNLOAD. DOESNT EVEN INDICATE I HAVE PENDING DOWNLOADS ON MY DRIVE CONNECT

    I would suggest that you contact the customer service with the order number.

    They should be able to help you sort out the subscription on the account.

    I, like virtually all the other contributors on this forum, am a Customer like you. There is only a handful of Tomtom people who post on here.

    You need to contact Customer Support as VikramK suggested. He by the way is a TT employee and is recommending that route. CS are better able to sort your account out.
