I purchased a Trucker 620 back in mid May. It says it has lifetime traffic, but it no longer works. It says it expired on May 25th. What gives? Do I have to purchase a traffic subscription? And navigating TomTom for answers isn't the most user friendly.

Subscriptions have been fixed for your device. Just do a soft reset, login to MyDrive on the device.
And after you pair it with your phone the services should work.
