    My Go stopped reading out directions it read out traffic problems if there was going to be a delay but nothing else. So I reset to factory settings now it refuses to log into my mydrive account saying there is an issue try later that was 24 hours ago same message appearing

    It gets better...Now MyDrive Connect will NOT even accept my account or/and password.

    STILL no word from TomTom!

    Just restarted mydrive connect again.
    This time it wanted me to download a new version.
    Did that and I've got everything working again for my GO 5000!

    If it doesn't work yet it may be that you have to empty the download folder:

    I did that earlier today (but no result at that time)

    Well, poor guys, I think I'll try again a few times given the responses.
    But I can't enter my password for a while now.
    Never heard of standby services for crucial matters?
    I will still turn it IN during my vacation if there is no other way.

    I cant even update the freaking tomtom.
    HALF the way it disconnects and corrupts all the download ie; I have to delete the map and restard the thing
    And if you are stupid enough to NOT delete it, TOMTOM will return to the download like nothing happened and then you have a CORRUPT MAP... so + time lost
    Incredible how they cant just download the map and then install it like a normal program. losers, TOMTOM bankrupt 2020!

    At long last..I am sorted.

    However, I will add that once my current subscription has ended, Garmin looks favourite for me after this debacle! The lack of TomTom Customer service or explanation, etc. is appalling!
