i bought the map of Marocco and i install on rider 420 but the device cannot find it .

    Welcome to the community!

    The map is active on your account.

    Could you do a soft reset and then connect the device to MyDrive Connect to check for updates.

    Soft reset: Press and hold the on/off button till you hear the drum sounds.

    When you look in My Drive Connect does it say the Morocco map is installed and have you gone into Maps in Settings and changed the map to Morocco?

    I can confirm that the map of Morocco is already showing installed for your device.

    Could you try this:

    Menu-Settings-Maps-Choose another map?

    Please check if Morocco is listed.

    marocco is listed
    but is not possible to choose the map. I dont see the command settings.
    I have only 2 maps . europe and show that is active. Marocco show that is installed but not active.

    If when you

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap Maps
    Tap Change map or Choose another map

    Are you not shown the 2 maps on your unit and the European map showing as the current selected map and if you Tap the Morocco Map or The Dot next to it then it changes to the Morocco map?
