Map Purchase - TomTom Home - not available

Hi I bought an update for my Carminat Tom Tom but it doesn't appear in my Tom Tom Home to download and install. I've tried uninstalling Tom Tom home but doesn't appear to work.
Is there anything else I should be doing?

We are currently having an outage with the maps or services not getting assigned to the account after an order has been placed successfully.
A team is already working on this so we hope have a resolution on this very soon.
Once fixed the map will show up under the items to download in TomTom HOME.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately it could take several hours before the orders get assigned on the account.
