Bought a GO 5100 - MyDrive Connect only recognises it as GO 5000 and no Free World maps or SpeedCams

Hi,

First post here, hoping someone can assist.

Just bought a 'new' GO 5100 (it was boxed with stickers and screen still all the accessories and the unit look unused).
I have downloaded My Drive Connect but it recognises the device as a GO 5000 and not a GO 5100.
Also, when I look for maps or speed cameras which should be free with this device all the options are paid for options for the maps and speed camera subscriptions.
How do I get the device to be recognised as a GO 5100 and have all the correct services and maps etc enabled?
