Device is not registred in Tom Tom

I did buy a Tom Tom Go 520 2 yars ago and I now tried to bay new maps and found out my device is not registred. I tried endless times with chat support to get them to registrer my device but they said I could do it myself but it is impossible! On My Drive it's the only one registred. Wich means I can't buy maps to my new device! What can I do????

If i mean right your Go520WIF has lifetime worldmaps. So look for maps in Menü/Settings/Maps/Add map

When there are no maps displayed call Suppot with phone.

Just to make it absolutely clear if your unit is a GO520 wifi model you do not have to buy any maps as you should see maps for many countries etc where @Lochfrass has said.
