MyDriveConnect is not working - but keeps telling "No Internet connection" (while internet is ok)

I have downloaded MyDriveConnect to my pc and connected my device (GO 50) to the pc. When activating MyDriveConnect nothing happens.... but I get the message "No internet connection" even though the internet is fully functional.

This has taken place the last couple of days.

Can you help me?

    Please see the attached pop up that I get again and again.... even tough my internet is working fully (otherwise I could not send this question)
