Problem on Poland or everywhere ?

Is there only a problem with the implementation of the paid order in Poland? I bought Rider 550 10 days ago and I have no information today, because apparently "There's a problem" Can anyone tell me what's going on? Thank you

    Yes, I called several times and know nothing, please wait.
    But probably after the problem, my navigation is to be delivered tomorrow - I received information from UPC.
