What to do when Vio message "tomtom.com/vioapp"

My Tomtom Vio just stopped working.
Turning on just display the message "tomtom.com/vioapp" with a cellphone image.
It's paired, my smartphone app is working but i cannot use the Vio.

    Hi there,

    Welcome to the Community! I first recommend you to reset your VIO by pressing and holding down the power button until you see a "Resetting" text on the screen (ca 20 sec). You'll need to pair your VIO with your phone again after resetting it. Hope this helps!
