Silly Pop-Up??

So I login, to this Forum, & I immediately get a Pop-Up asking me was my visit worth it!!

I really don't understand how I can answer that BEFORE I've had a chance to look at anything on the Forum!

    I would agree, there should be some time allowed before the pop-up comes in.
