Go6000 has stopped connecting to my MacBook Pro

I can no longer connect my GO 600 to my MacBook Pro. All I get is the red cross. I have tried resetting and recovery many times without success. I do use the TomTom USB cable but I never had to before (lost it).

    If this does not help then I would suggest that you report this to the customer service.
