Ordering a Go Premium

I ordered a Go premium on 22 June, my credit card was debited on that date.
Today, 27 June my order status is INPROGRESS, and the payment status is CAPTURED.
Neither of these comments appear on the "explanation of orders comments" page.
I can not find an email contact to find out what the position is, all I can access is a digital assistant, which keeps referring me to the orders page.
Has anyone else had this problem, or do they know of an email address that I can contact as I desperately need a new Go.

    Douglap - Many thanks indeed.

    Contacted that phone number today and was advised that because of a logistics despatch computer crash all orders have been delayed. My new Go is being despatched today (hopefully). Hope so, so that i can use the new Go at the end of next week.

    And have now received a confirmatory email from the Support Team
