Why don't the device get the map upgrade I have purchased?

I have purchased an upgrade of my Europe map. Why don't the upgrade show up on the device?

    Hi @Skjalg

    Welcome to the Community! I can see that your device already comes up with the Europe - Lifetime Maps active on it so a separate purchase of map update service for the same map makes no difference. Also, you've the latest Europe map (10.30) installed on the device.

    Please get in touch with support and to see what option they can provide you. You can click on 'Contact Us under Support' to Phone/Email them.
