TomTom Bandit freezing on start-up

I have a TomTom Bandit camera. I haven't used it for a while so I've charged it fully and turned it on, but all I'm getting is the 'two hands' logo on the screen and nothing past that - it seems to be just frozen. The navigation won't work but the camera is getting quite warm. Can anybody help - I'd really appreciate it as I'm going on a trip soon and wanted to use the camera! Thanks

    sorry for my late response! Are you using the latest software version on your Bandit Camera? This can be downloaded by using the Bandit App/ Studio software, see here: Updating your camera software
