Sat Nav Roll Over Issue - Start 25 won't connect

My Tom Tom won't show as connected to My Drive Connect, I have tried 3 official USB cables and none will show it as connected, and so my Sat Nav is unusable because I cannot load the needed software.

Is this an issue anyone is getting? Is there a reason why it won;t show as connected?

    My NAV3 Via120 Live & GO 825 Live both work fine with NavKit Version 12.075

    To check NavKit version... Version 12.075
    From the main menu
    Tap (Settings)
    Left Cursor once for next page
    Tap (Me and my device)
    Tap (About my device)
    Second line... App Version
    Follow on-screen prompts to exit

    Thanks for your reply, however my issue is my iMac won;t recognise the Sat Nav as connected via My Drive, despite trying 3 different original USB cables, downloading the current software etc etc, so I have currently got no way of updating the software. Has anyone else had this issue?

    To add, if I connect another start25 that one connects, but an identical model will not show on My Drive as connected so at present is a dud unit due to the GPS week roll over....

    I have a 2016 MacBook Air and Have had no problem today with my Tomtom units being seen in My Drive Connect. The units are connected directly into one of the USB sockets on the PC.

    Doug, that's great for you ;) However I'm saying I do have an issue with one of mine, and because it won;t show up as connected in My Drive it renders the unit useless...

    Have you made sure that you have the most recent version of MyDrive Connect?

    Hi Thomas, yep have updated software, and bought another original USB cable, still no joy, plus as mentioned an identical Start25 does connect and show up.

    Tried that too, too add...it charges via the iMac USB but won;t show as connected to enable software update, unbelievably frustrating, been trying to sort it for months now, you guys/gals were last resort...

    Yep, tried to renew the lease to turn the red (undetected) spot to orange but it remains red :(
