    Confused. I use Android US 1.17.7 release/1.7 (2129). At Settings->Appearance, I do not have a choice of "Show POI lists on the Map". I do have "Show contacts on map".

    What am I missing?

    Nothing. There is no POI support in the Go Mobile App.

    POIs are now called My Places and they do show on the map.

    The app does suport POIs (now called My Places) and it can import individual POIs or libraries of them in OV2 format via My Drive.

    My Places works fine.

    its also possible to load an OV2 file in the Go Mobile App.
    And under My Places you can see and navigate to a POI from the OV2 file.

    But it is not possible to show the OV2 POI's on the screen while driving. (My Places are visible)

    On my TomTom Rider 550 I have the option to choose an icon for an OV2 file by
    Tap 4Dot (....Menu) --> Settings --> Appearance --> Show POI lists on the Map
    All POI's from the OV2 file are then visible on the map while driving.

    This option is missing in the Go Mobile App.

    This is rather confusing. Some people report they are able to show POI on the Android, whereas some (like me) aren't.
    How can this be possible?

    HI
    @eddydc

    I guess MyPlaces & Individual POI .Ov2 files from POI Categories are being mixed up or misunderstood ???
    One persons MyPlace is another persons POI

    The question remains when POIs will be visible on the map whilst driving for the Android app.
