Iphone 7 plus connection lost

Hi there,

I have problem with the connection. Bluetooth is connected, but nothing is showing in a device. It appears for 10 seconds and disappear again :)

What should i do?

    Same problem with my iphone xr. Even worst actually because the gps signal is on and off for minutes which makes it so difficult to use. I'm trying now to reinstall my app and see if it's going to be ok again.

    I’ve used Vio successfully for three years, today the device simply refuses to work. I’m on iPhone 7 ios 12.2, have reset Vio unit, reinstalled app and paired again. Problem persists: unit cycles through TomTom box logo, quick view of map and then phone with question mark logo. Any ideas?

    Hi, exactly the same here. IPhone 7 plus with IOS 12.3.1. Loses the connection and get back in a regular manner. I saw discussions about this already two years ago. Isn't there a solution yet?
