Can't get my GPS or my APP to work for SPARK 3

Hi, Everything was fine until recently my app stopped working . I have reloaded it after clearing the files on my mobile but still crashes after opening it.
Now my GPS doesnt work. How do i get this working?

    Sorry for my late reply! Is this Android/iOS version of Sports App which crashed? We released the new version of Sports App 10.0.12 for 25% of Android users and the rest will follow soon. See if this version available to download in play store!

    In the meanwhile, please make a Power-Off reset on your watch using the Sports Connect and download the QuickGPSfix update. Hope this improves the GPS situation your watch.
