My watch can't be found by iPhone

Althought the watch has the connected iphone icon, Iit's not registering with my phone in bluetooth - so therefore not logging any runs, steps or workouts! I can't disconnect it because it's not there! Hope that makes sense

    Welcome to the Community! Can you first reset your watch and try again from the scratch and reset the connections by removing the existing Bluetooth connections from your phone (if there's any), see here: iOS
