    Both voices(Serena and Malcolm) have been added for your device.

    They should be available for download when the device is connected to a WiFi internet connection. :)

    could you please also add Serena and Malcolm English Computervoices to my TomTom 6200?

    And do you have the Chinese one?

    Serena and Malcolm voices added for your device.

    When connected to WiFi they should be available for download on your device.

    Unfortunately no Chinese computer voice is available.

    The Malcolm voice is only compatible with the WiFi devices and there's only 'Serena' computer voice available for the NAV 3 devices.

    OK. Disappointing - I was originally told by TomTom they would let me know when Malcom was made compatible with NAV 3 devices. Guess that's why I never heard any more!

    So there is no male English computer voice for NAV 3?

    I find it strange there isn't general compatibility of TomTom voices across all systems.

    That is strange because when I review your account I see both computer voices activated for your device serial number ending '260'

    Could you just do a soft reset and check of updates again?

    Soft reset: Press and hold the on/off button till you hear the drum sounds.

    Just bought a Tomtom Go 6200 in Switzerland and realised that it is missing the computer voice.

    Thank you very much D! I’ll check tomorrow. Does he need my devise serial number or the tomtom account suffices? The serial number so small that I can’t read it!

    Hi @Montbuy

    He should not need your serial number. If he comes on and asks for it he will ask you to message it to him and not to detail it on this forum.

    If you hold the ON/OFF button down for about 20 seconds and when you hear the drumroll sound keep pressing the ON/OFF button and you will get a page of white writing. The serial number is in line 2.

    Another easy way to find your serial number is to tap the "?" in the menu (scroll right) and Select "About". This doesn't require a reboot.

    @Montbuy Looks like you added the serial number to your profile. In general it's felt it's best not to post serial numbers where anyone can find them. Not the worst thing in the world but better safe.
