GO 5000 not recognized by MyDrive Connect

My GO5000 connects to my computer but not to mydrive connect. I'v uninstalled and reinstalled mydrive connect but my GO5000 still isn't being recognised. Any ideas?

    Hi @Catdaddy

    Look at this TomTom FAQ for Windows 10. It's also valid for Windows 7 with SP1 and Windows 8.1 as well as the driver "Remote NDIS Compatible Device". Use a PC account with Administrator Rights.

    If you need to uninstall MyDrive Connect. Do it with your device Not connected to the PC, accept the removal of downloads in the popup window and don't forget to "Resart" your PC ,Not "Shut down" or "Sleep".

    If it doesn't work, look this video and check if you don't have and an "Unknown Device" in "Network adapters" or "Other devices".
