I have downloaded MyDrive Connect but cannot install it

Hi
I am trying to Insall mydrive connect onto my windows 10 pc. I have dowloaded the file but It will not install. the process starts ok but at the end says there is no app associated with this programme. What app do I need for this to be installed. Thanks. regards Tim

    When you try to install MyDrive Connect on Windows 10, do you use a PC user account with "Administrator Rights"?

    With your device Not connected to the PC:
    1/ Uninstall MDC, accept the removal of downloads in the popup window.
    2/ "Restart" your PC (Not Shut down or Sleep)
    3/ Download and install the last version MDC for your Windows OS, take it here:
