Trying to download Myconnect but get "error opening file for writing"

Trying to dowwnload software to update my Via 135/130, but keep getting the "error opening file for writing" message. This is on a computer with Windows 7, which is said to be compatible with the software. Can anyone please advise?

    You need to clean the download folder.
    Goto MyDrive Settings > Downloads > Clean Download folder, then try updating again. If that didn't work, reinstall MyDrive Connect

    @xwintech Thank you for your reply. This is the first attempt to download, so it isn't currently on my computer as yet. I haven't got that far...

    Ok, then you may reinstall MyDrive. Hope this helps.
