I have a TomTom VIA 1605TM that only has one language to select from, Portuguese

I have updated the device twice and still only have a foreign language as my default. What gives?

    Maybe @vikram can add the necessary English voices to your account. Make sure you have added the Via to your account so he can see that unit is listed.

    @deputydoug55 , Your device maybe specified to Portuguese language only (pre-installed). You may need to download community voices and upload them to your TomTom.
