Bluetooth Route Import Failed

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help.

I have a Rider 410 device.

I've linked up with some friends and today tried to import a route to my device via bluetooth. this keeps failing for some reason.
I have 5GB of storage available on the device, but do not use a memory card.
A friend who also has the same device, had no problems transferring to his device this morning via bluetooth.

I am baffled. All the updates are updated.

When we try to import route via bluetooth, the connection is made, but after 15 seconds, comes up "import failed"

Any suggestions on what to try next?

    Could you do a soft reset and try to import this route again.

    I tried this yesterday also.

    Would the battery need to be fully charged to accept the import?

    Hi @TruckerNCFC

    No, the battery should not be a concern but I would still suggest that the device has a charge of more than 50%.

    Could you then try a factory reset, Menu- Settings-System-Reset

    Then try the import again.
