This Windows error message, you had it with the use of the software MyDrive Connect (MDC)?
What is the Windows version of your PC? Windows XP/Vista or W7 sp1/W8.1/W10?
Have you installed the latest version of MDC for your Windows?

It looks like there might be a problem with MyDrive Connect or TomTom HOME (As you didn't mention your device in your profile info, I can't identify which program are you using). Reinstall it.
