TomTom Bandit doesn't connect with the phone (SAMSUNG GALAXY A5 2017)

Hi, i have a problem w my bandit, it seems to connect, the bandit says "connected" but when i go to the app i select my bandit and then "serching"
PLZ HELP!
PS: I have already turned off the "mobile data"
