What is the difference between Blue&Me and "Blue&Me Live"?

Does it have the option of Live information therefore no difference if you don't use this!
I am after a replacement for my Blue&Me TomTom 2 without the expense of a new one in my Fiat-Ducato.
Also located in Australia where there are very few opportunities for this type.

    Blue&Me TomTom based on a Navcore "NAV2" (up to 9.017) Managed with Software TTHome. Its similar to "TomTom XXL"

    Blue&Me TomTom 2 based on Navcore "NAV3" (up to 11.805) Managed with Software MyDriveConnect. Its similar to "TomTom Go Live 1000"

    Blue&Me TomTom 2 (Live) has a SIM-Card integrated to use TomTom-Live-Services via Internet (GPRS-Modul).

    The Blue&Me TomTom 2 seems to based on a TomTom Start20 or a TomTom Via 120
