I've recently bought a new Go 620 wifi in Australia. It states on the box Lifetime World Maps, Lifetime Speed Camera and Lifetime Tom Tom Traffic. I have Oceania and Southeast Asia maps loaded but was told I could get Europe maps.
1. I am trying to add the Europe map, but this is not showing.
2. It says my TomTom Traffic expires on 19/5/2019 and I need to renew my service.
3. Trying to install Global Speed Cameras ($)
4. Does this model take an SD card?
5. I am connected via wifi.
I believe I have done all as per instructions including registering with TOMTOM using the serial number.
NOT happy at the moment. All help would be much appreciated.

Hi @GoGab620
The GO620 does take a Micro SD class 10 memory card and 16gb or max 32gb are recommended and is on the bottom next the the serial number I think. It may be that with the maps you have on the device already that the European map is too big to fit on the internal memory.
All updating and map loading etc are done via Wifi and the only reason to involve your PC would be if you have slow Wifi.
I would suggest that you contact Customer support to have your account sorted re the Camera updates expiry matter and just ask them to check the other settings as well. Contact details here.

Thank you so much for all the help. Have spoken with TomTom Australia who were excellent.1 -
Hi @CVN72
Can you be more specific about what problems you have.
One comment I would make is that you say you are not In Australia at the moment. If you are out of the Australia region then Traffic will not work as Traffic is restricted to the Region in which the Unit was purchased.

Good morning @DougLap
Thank you for your comment!
I have a Go 620 that I purchased in Australia. I now need to add new maps including ones in Europe but no other maps, except ones of Oceania and South East Asia, are available on my device. In addition, the traffic and speed camera services now show "expired", that means that I cannot use those services while I'm in Australia.
It seems that something has to be done on Tomtom's end, then I tried to message VikramK as someone suggested in another thread, I'm waiting for his reply.0 -
Hi CVN72
The subscription on your device should now be fixed.
I replied to your private message as well earlier in the day.

I have the exact problem as above, I just purchased the GO620 with World Maps to have USA and Canada. It shows nowhere on my device or account. I have gone round in circles trying to work out how to get the World maps installed with no hint or luck. Is this deliberate? Surely it show not be this hard. If you could please advise how to add other world maps besides the basics added for the Australian device this would be appreciated.0

Hi
@kssz
Welcome to the site....
The restrictions as a result of the Coronavirus, Social Distancing and people working from home, are sometimes delaying the Activation of Accounts and the Allocation of Maps & Services to Account’/Devices....
@VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up on Monday and check/correct your Tomtom Account status.....

Hi, thanks. Hopefully they can sort this out for me. My device updated with no other problems but none of the world maps are showing up in the maps page available for download .0
