GO 60 will not connect to My Drive

Tried multiple laptops and cables, laptop sees the memory of the device but insists its not connected

    HI @nod2403

    Try a Soft Reset, ie when the unit is on hold the ON?Off button down until you hear the Drumroll sound then let the button go.

    If that does not work then try a Factory Reset. Tap Menu, Tap Settings, Tap System and Tap Reset the Device. This will delete all you Favourites, Poi and Route files and will require you to set the unit up again from scratch. You should be able to recover your favourites etc when you link the unit back to your account and connect it to your PC .

    Hello. Has a go 60 that cannot be updated with new maps. Have tried Fatory Reset too.
    May be told your server is busy..try later ..
    This happened after the last update in April.
    Any good suggestions?
