French vs English

I am in Vancouyver, Canada. I just updated my maps but the update page refers to my maps only in French. I tried to contact TomTom but got a message saying that I was on the UK site and that I should be on the Canadian site. But when I clicked on the link to go to the Canadian site it is in French. Most poeople in Canada don't actually speak French, especially here on the west coast. There was no option to change the language.

    The French one has fr_ca in the middle instead of the en_ca

    Sure, thanks. It helps in that you have provided a phone number that I could not find anywhere. I'll follow up with them on Monday. Most of the site is in English but my active map's title is in French although it doesn't seem to affect the operation of my device that is still in English. When I searched for help it went all French.
    So, thanks for the help and, as I said, I'll call them on Monday.
