Golfer 2 SE to my mobile app not showing even though it's on the computer

I synced my last round to my phone which initially showed on the app. Since I recently changed phones I was keen to load my earlier rounds so used the iTunes on my computer to load these successfully to my phone app since then my last round has disappeared off my phone app but can still be seen on the watch and TomTom sports connect on my computer. How can I get this round to sync into my phone app again?

    Your rounds are saved in the cloud of TomTom Sports so there is no need to use iTunes. Just make sure that you're logged in to your TomTom Sports account in the Sports app. Your account uses the same email address as used here on the forum.

    Not sure I follow, when you refer to the sports app is that the one on my mobile?
