Hello
I tried to update my Rider v2 and connection was lost between pc and navigation device while it was installing update.
Now device won't turn on. Device is stuck on startup. It displays tomtom logo, but will not go any further.
What to do?

I seem to have solved The problem. Found a application cab file from download files. Used winrar to extract files straight to SD Card. Now seems to work.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello.
I'm having trouble getting into the recovery mode.
Once device starts, and i press power button to enter black screen, once i release the power button, device starts up immediately and no matter how i press 3 times, recovery mode doesn't start. Is my device too old for that trick to work?

You’ve a NAV3 or older device so you need TomTom HOME on your computer.

    See that link:

    Hello.
I connected my device to Tomtom home, and went to "manage my device".
On the device there's no applications inside the device.... and on the computer, there is no applications at all? And if i try updating, it doesn't show any application updates?

    Hello,
As I read you face problem to turn on your rider after the update.
Sometimes this happens due to some reason

Your software does not update in the right way or there is a file missing.
During the update, your registry file delete

To resolve this problem you have to first you have to fix your registry then you have to reinstall your program.
    Hope this will help you.
    Thanks

    Hey

I didn't quite understand how should i fix my registery.
I tried to reinstall Tomtom Home, but didn't help.
I would quess i need to somehow force the application to the sd card.
Could i somehow get the application file?
