Is this device still supported? It does not appear to be on any of the product identification lists. Mine has stopped working with the date change and MyDrive does not connect to it to allow an update.

    Thanks for sending the serial number...

    I have asked our 2nd Line team to push the WNRO update for your device.

    Just clear the cache in MyDrive Connect first and then connect the device. The firmware update should be available for download.
