My trusty old backup Pro 5150 has a problem, its first ever. Connected it for update as usual and was greeted by the spinning cog. My Drive Connect says 'Restoring your device', but in 24 hours of saying this nothing has happened. I usually use Win 7 laptop and have done for years without issue. I've tried on a Win 10 laptop, same result. Tried on a new Win 10 laptop with the same result. All I have is my device with the Red Cross, which looks like it is going through the motions but nothing appears to be happening. My Drive Connect says restoring but does not show progress. Any ideas?
I have just noticed that I have no 'Manage Community Content' option on My Drive Connect. Not sure if this is significant.
