I have had a problem today were the voice directions didn't work, they had worked about 3 hours before but when I switched back on the voice was not working. I had to do a full reset (drum roll) and then they voice came back. Is this something that happens regularly or is it a more serious problem with the unit. I have had it about 11 months and must admit it has nearly been out of the window on a few occasions because of various problems that seem to right themselves.

    Not normal.

    If you Tap Menu you will see in the same position on the next page is a Speaker Icon. It is not unknown to accidentally cause this to be turned off as you scroll through the menu's. Always worth a check as is the Volume Bar and the Voices Icon to the Right of the Volume slider.

    Thanks for the reply Doug

    I checked at the time that I hadn't accidentally switched the voice off but I hadn't. I will keep an eye on it to see if it happens again.
