syncing and GPS quick updating

I have a problem with syncing. My phone syncs then after 10 mins you can't turn android notifications on or all day heart rate until quick gps updates which sometimes takes 8hrs
Tidying up takes for ever. Tom Tom says it's my new galaxy s8 and not watch.
I've done every fix on here 4 times over.
This is my last go.getting a Samsung watch if no help on here.
Why does quick gps update everytime I go on app
