I never seem to be able to get this downloaded onto my TomTom - what am I doing wrong?

Is the internal memory full up and so the update will not fit.
The Start 50 has either 4gb or 8Gb of internal memory. You can add a Micro SD Class 10 Memory card, suggest 16gb or Max32gb, in the extra memory slot. The update should them work as it will load the map to the extra memory.
