I have two devices ...
1- Go Live 825
2- Go 5200
I use the latter (2) more often and keep all my places on that device.
I now wish to export those to my older unit (1).
Can anyone guide me as to how to do that please, i.e from Go 5200 to Go Live 825.

Stage... (1)
Saving MyPlaces on your GO 5200 to a PC
Many users have asked for the facility to backup their MyPlaces to a PC
The MyDrive Route planner allows you to download your data from the Tomtom Cloud
The file looks like unusable Gobbledegook, the MyPlaces can be found in the file
