START 62 keeps turning on when switched off

Hi all, my start 62 keeps turning on after i have turned it off. I have tried long hold on switch and new connection usb but still happens

    Do you by chance have a route active when you turn off the device? If so, cancel it.

    Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

    tried all those, now after reset in desperation, keeps turning off

    just after last post turned itself off even though plugged in to computer. It's only 14 months old.

    What is it? The device turns off when you don't want it to or it turns on when you don't want it to?
