GO 720 number keybord is wrong

New !! I need 4 numbers for the password of my GO 720. When I type 1 it lights 3, when I type 2 it lights also 3 and so on. 3 becoms 4, 4 becoms 5, 5 stays 5, 6 becomes 8, 7 becoms als 8, 8 becoms 9 and 0 stays 0.... ? Anyone who can tell me how to fix it ?

I tried to reset with the paperclip in the hole, but didn't help. I now have send Tom Tom an e-mail for help. The error occured after the up-date for the WNRO, so it must be something in the software. Maybe the fimeware must be re-installed, but i don't know how to do that.

My GO 720 is to old is the answer of Tom Tom.... I should buy a new one. But only the numeric key's are wrong so I cann't get the right password into the device. How do I correct the problem of the key's ??

Did you clean under/around the screen bezel?
