Bracelet not delivered

Hello, I´m very disappointed with tomtom sales department because I bought a bracelet for my tomtom runner/spark a month ago, my card has been charged and I still haven`t received it.
I`ve sent several emails to tomtom asking for some explanation and still haven`t got an answer.
I hope that you can give me any feedback because this is totally unacceptable and disrespectful.

    I really hope that someone can solve the problem because I´m not able to use my tomtom watch at all since the bracelet broke.
