Activity lost (bicycle ride)

Today I lost 3rd activity during 5 days period.
All of them happened after pressing manual pause during activity. Today I checked much more carefully what is going on. When I press pause everything looks ok to then moment when I clicked continue my activity. After a minut or two watch get back to main menu and my activity is lost :(
Recent activity history shows nothing! Activity was canceled? how?

    It sounds like there is a glitch in the firmware somewhere. Try a factory reset and see if that fixes it. If not, and if it is still under warranty, you will need to contact Support to see about replacing it (they do not offer a repair service so if you are out of warranty you are out of luck).

    To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.
