Trouble with routing

The gps keeps taking me down back streets and when i set up a rout to go to multiple locations it doesn’t really say i have arrived or anything and keep missing the stops

    a solution make a favorite of each delivery point

    Do you plan your route Offline i.e... Using a PC or plan direct on the GO 620
    Roughly how many stops do you need to plan for ???

    I plan it on my phone using the app my whole routine is different every day i so roughly 30 stops a day but I get them through the day as i go
