TomTom Live 1005 - No GPS, No satellites service

I purchased the TomTom Live 1005 in January 2013.
It's about a year now that it will not trace my car's position and will not connect to the GPS even though, sometimes, under Settings, I see that there are over 4 satellites detected.
I have already reset it but it still offers no service. I cannot find Tomtom's UK telephone number for enquiringly.
Any ideas please?

Hi @Michael1Amorg
Have you tried re-positoning your unit as some cars have parts of the Windsrceen that block the Sat signals. Otherwise there is a list of Customer Support numbers

Hi Doug. The Satnav has always been in the same position in the car and never used to have any problems before it started malfunctioning.
