hi all I have updated my satnav because of the wnro and decided to purchase a map update so in the e/mail there is no download link is this correct ? has my satnav been updated or have I just wasted my money ? ,

    Welcome to the community!

    I had a quick look at your account and I see the map you purchased is active on your account.

    Just connect your device/SD card to the computer and open TomTom HOME, the new map should be offered for download.

    Are you following the steps as mentioned on this FAQ:

    And if you still don't see the map available for download then I would recommend that you contact customer service.
